SERVICES

Solar Repair & Maintenance Services

Fault Diagnosis & Repairs
Is your system not generating power, showing error codes, or underperforming? We diagnose and repair faults across all major inverter and panel brands — quickly and accurately.
Inverter Replacement & Upgrades
Inverters are the most commonly replaced component in a solar system. We supply and replace inverters from all leading brands, including Fronius, SolarEdge, Sungrow, Goodwe, and more.
Panel Replacement
Damaged, degraded, or underperforming panels can drag down your entire system's output. We test individual panels, identify underperformers, and replace them with matched or upgraded units.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Dust, bird droppings, and grime significantly reduce panel output — sometimes by up to 25%. We offer professional panel cleaning using the right equipment to restore your system's performance without damaging the panels.
Annual System Health Check
A thorough annual inspection includes checking all connections, testing inverter performance, inspecting mounting hardware, reviewing monitoring data, and providing a written performance report.

Our technician visits your property, inspects the system, and identifies the root cause of any faults or underperformance.
STEP 4
Repair or Service
We carry out the required repairs or maintenance on the spot wherever possible. For parts that need ordering, we'll schedule a follow-up visit as quickly as possible.
STEP 5
Performance Confirmation
Before leaving, we confirm the system is back to full performance and provide you with a service record and any warranty documentation for replaced components.

My solar system has stopped working what should I do?

First, check your inverter display for any error codes and note them down. Check that your switchboard's solar breaker is in the ON position. Then contact us, we can often diagnose common faults remotely before arranging a site visit.

How often should I have my solar system serviced?

We recommend a full system inspection every 1–2 years, and panel cleaning at least once per year (or more frequently if you're near the coast or in a dusty environment). Regular maintenance extends system life and protects your warranty.

My system output has dropped — is something wrong?

A gradual decline of around 0.5% per year is normal panel degradation. A sudden or significant drop usually indicates a fault — a faulty panel, inverter issue, shading from new growth, or a connection problem. We recommend getting it checked promptly.

Do you service solar systems you didn't install?

Yes. We service and repair all major brands regardless of who installed them originally. We work with systems from Fronius, SolarEdge, SMA, Sungrow, Goodwe, Enphase, and many others.

Is panel cleaning really necessary?

Yes — dirty panels can lose up to 25% of their output in dusty or coastal environments. Professional cleaning removes grime without scratching the panel surface, and we check for any physical damage at the same time.
